We at Wally’s Pizza Bar appreciate that some of our guests have dietary restrictions and lifestyle choices that don’t align with our traditional menu. Because of that, we’ve tailored this menu to help guide those that follow a gluten free diet. Our kitchen primarily uses rice flour to help prevent cross contamination and our gluten free pizza dough is sourced from Venice Baking Co. Let us know if gluten free is a preference or an allergy.
